Walk along the beach with your main squeeze, soak in the calming, vibrant sunset, warm sands, and sounds of the ocean, then come hungry to our dining area! Sit inside at one of our window tables and experience topical modern luxury, or enjoy our outdoor rooftop dining with breathtaking views under a lush, plant filled canopy. 

Our restaurant is the perfect place to cozy up with a new date, or your long-term love. Our plates are sharable and what better way to bond than over cuisine you will both be able to try and explore together! This variety also allows for a plethora of menu items – perfect for any palette. You will come hungry and leave indulging in the memories of all of the mouthwatering dishes you both just discovered and devoured. 

Join us from 4-6pm Wednesday-Fridays and you will be in for a treat! That is our fabulous Golden Hour, where we offer ½ off drinks! Try out any of our wines, champagnes, or cocktails. We recommend our romantic Kiss In the Rain cocktail, mixed with Grey Goose Essence’s strawberry lemongrass, honey syrup, lemon juice, and fever tree pink grapefruit. Or give a wink to your loved one and order a Honey I Do, mixed with Ketel One orange, lemon juice, and chamomile infused honey syrup and toast to one another as a beachy breeze fills the room. 

Celebrating? We have ten different outstanding bottles of bubbly! Let the bubbles flow as you two pair your bottle with any of our lighter cold plates. You’ll be sure to enjoy the crisp lighter fare with a little elegant champagne to wash it down. Who doesn’t love champers?

Chef Joe Zanelli is our Executive Chef of The Ray, overseeing culinary operations of both the Ember Grill and Rosewater Rooftop. Zanelli’s passion for creating elevated cuisine has deepened over the years from working with well-known chefs like Wolfgang Puck, Michael Mina and Daniel Boulud! Chef Joe Zanelli is a graduate from the prestigious New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. He has worked in kitchens across the country from San Francisco to Manhattan, including multiple establishments that were awarded the coveted three-star honor by the New York Times. In late 2018, Zanelli teamed up with the Clique Hospitality Team in Las Vegas as the executive chef of Greene St. Kitchen at the Palms Resort & Casino, which was awarded best new restaurant the following year.
