Rosewater Delray Restaurant, Bar and Lounge is situated inside of The Ray hotel on 2nd street. It is a gorgeous rooftop lounge and pool, embodying the vibe of the Delray Beach lifestyle. We offer outstanding views of the city and beautiful comfortable dining areas! Tropical Modern luxury is infused in the crafted design details throughout this stunning 22,000 square foot space. 

OUR CHEF 

Chef Joe Zanelli is our Executive Chef of The Ray, overseeing culinary operations of both the Ember Grill and Rosewater Rooftop. Zanelli’s passion in creating elevated cuisine has deepened over the years from working alongside renowned chefs like Wolfgang Puck, Michael Mina and Daniel Boulud. Chef Joe Zanelli is a graduate from the prestigious New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. He has worked in kitchens across the country from San Francisco to Manhattan, including multiple establishments that were awarded the coveted three-star honor by the New York Times. In late 2018, Zanelli teamed up with the Clique Hospitality Team in Las Vegas as the executive chef of Greene St. Kitchen at the Palms Resort & Casino, which was awarded best new restaurant the following year.
