What are the two most beautiful words in the English language? “Open bar!” An all access Premium Open Bar Ticket gives guests access to Rosewater Rooftop from 8:30 PM until closing. Now is the time to finally give yourself some “top shelf” treatment. The open bar will include premium spirits, as well as beer and wine all night. And don’t forget, no New Year’s Eve celebration is complete without having a champagne toast at midnight. Our very own Executive Chef Joe Zanelli will be providing you with a very special tasting menu for the evening that you’ll be talking about until next year’s New Year’s Eve bash. Our Executive Chef Joe Zanelli is a graduate from the prestigious New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. He has worked in kitchens across the country from San Francisco to Manhattan, including multiple establishments that were awarded the coveted three-star honor by the New York Times. In late 2018, Zanelli teamed up with the Clique Hospitality Team in Las Vegas as the executive chef of Greene St. Kitchen at the Palms Resort & Casino, which was awarded best new restaurant the following year.
