Rosewater Rooftop – Rosewater Rooftop is a premier rooftop lounge and pool situated inside of The Ray Hotel. It is a beautiful 22,000 square foot space with a tropical modern essence and design. The restaurant is open everyday for lunch, and open for dinner Wednesdays through Sundays. The indoor/outdoor space is perched above 2nd Avenue and offers a food menu designed by Chef Joe Zaneilli for a day at the pool, or a night out, from light dishes like local snapper ceviche to inventive sushi. EMBER GRILL – Ember Grill is a new spin on your old favorite neighborhood grill, serving cozy classics and craft cocktails! We have an open kitchen, a dining room, and a plush terrace, perfect for lunch with a colleague, dinner with family, or a post-work drink at the bar. STINGERS – Stingers is a coffee shop located inside The Ray Hotel offering dine-in and take-out. Stingers is open everyday 7am-1pm. We are pouring out the best artisan coffee and breakfast dishes for Pineapple Grove and Downtown Delray Beach.
