WATERMELON TEQUILA SHOTS THE RIGHT WAY !

Did someone say… Shots?  Great! We got your round ready to go at the Rosewater Delray! But this time, say goodbye to the boring old harsh shots of well tequila, and say hello to our deliciously chilled Watermelon Tequila Shot with Casamigos! 

Our Watermelon Tequila Shot will impress you and your amigos. We take our time cutting up and juicing a cold, fresh watermelon, add that watermelon juice to casamigos blanco tequila, add some lime juice, et volia; a creative, sweet shot is born! We present this to you in carved out cucumbers for extra added freshness with a little cube of watermelon on the side. Perfect for anyone who wants to have some fun AND some flavor!

Here is the recipe! :

1oz Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1/2oz Agave

1/2oz Lime juice

1/2oz Watermelon juice

After you’re finished with your watermelon shots and are ready for a full drink, relax in the sun by our pool and browse our outstanding craft cocktail menu. Our craft cocktail list will have you thinking of white sands, warm waters and sunset skies. Take for example our DELRAY COLADA, made with pineapple rum, lime juice, vanilla simple, coconut liqueur. If vodka is your drink of choice, try BIRD OF PARADISE with grey goose citron,  aperol,  lemon juice,  orgeat, and hibiscus infused agave. Pair one of these drinks with some of our dishes like the Hamachi Tostadas, the local snapper ceviche, or any of our inventive sushi rolls, and enjoy the view.
